Broking Manager (Leeds)

This world leading multinational insurance broker has retained GI Exec Search to recruit an experienced broking manager for its Leeds city office. This role is basically a senior broking position and there will be no responsibility for managing colleagues. The role will involve working closely with the branches account executive/developers on both renewal and defence cases as well as new business. This will be split approximately 80% existing and 20% new. Your average client premiums will be around £150 to £200k. It is essential when applying for this position that you have a very good technical background and have dealt with larger UK corporate clients. The successful applicant will also need to have a good profile within the local insurer market and be able to trade direct with underwriters. ACII qualified or progress towards will be a clear advantage.
