My client is a leading global insurance broker with more than 400 offices around the world. Employing over 15000 people, they are serving clients in virtually every part of the world.
Following the opening of a new office, they are looking to secure the services of an experienced SME client relationship professional with Insurance, Broking or Financial Services experience. In this role you will be working with a range of clients delivering ongoing client service and spearhead the delivery of a new, stronger client proposition that takes advantage of the right technology solutions to deliver best in class service. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships. Also important is a good knowledge of insurance and insurance markets as this will help you identify and deal effectively with client needs.
