Account Exec/New Business Exec (North West)

My client is part of one of the largest general insurance broker networks and has experienced rapid growth since its launch in 2007. In order to grow the business and continue the success, they are looking to attract experienced Account Execs based anywhere across the North of England with serviceable books of business.

The role will suit someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and new business focus who has managed to generate a book of business and/or has solid client relationships they can develop subject to any restrictive covenants. The role is either to be home based or based out of one the local broking offices and comes with full broking support.

In return you can expect to receive a market leading basic salary in your first year relative to the business you can bring or develop, before going commission only in the 2nd year.

In years 2 to 5, off the back of very modest and achievable income targets, you will have generated a book of business worth £150k-£200k in fee income.
